Happy spring, everyone! Tune in to this live video workshop to learn how to make green pasta dough, which we'll turn into hand-formed pasta shapes like cavatelli, capunti, and foglie d'ulivo (olive leaves!). A list of ingredients, equipment, and the video conferencing details will be provided 1 week in advance via email, and the class will be recorded so we can make it together or you can apply what you've learned at a later date.
