Pasta Quarantine: Egg Pasta 101!

We may be physically distant, but we can still make friends! Tune in to this live video workshop to learn how to make some of your favorite egg-based pastas, including farfalle, garganelli, and pappardelle. The option to make a spinach pasta dough will also be included.
 
A list of ingredients, equipment, and the video conferencing details will be provided via email, and the class will be recorded so we can make it together or you can apply what you've learned at a later date. Questions and general chatting will be highly encouraged.
 
Please note that this workshop requires some equipment, including a pasta machine.
