Pasta Social Club x Gotham Greens Spring Pasta Workshop!

Join me and Gotham Greens for a fun and delicious evening of new friends and my favorite way to welcome springtime: herb-infused pasta! We'll learn how to make pasta sheets embedded with fresh herbs (herb-laminated pasta), as well as hand-formed shapes like cavatelli using basil pasta dough. Then we'll cook up what we've made and enjoy the fruits of our labor! Other snacks, dessert, wine, and more are included.
