Pasta Social Club Ligurian Pasta Workshop!
Thursday, March 30 at 6:00pm Eastern | La Cosecha, Washington, DC
Join me for a fun and delicious evening featuring pastas from one of my favorite Italian regions: Liguria! We’ll enjoy a bright, coastal-inspired menu featuring local ingredients, and create two beautiful fresh pastas from start to finish: corzetti (pressed medallions made by using ornate wooden stamps) and turle (potato and cheese ravioli). Then we'll cook it all up and sit back to revel in the fruits of our labor! Other snacks, dessert, and wine are included.
All dishes will be vegetarian-friendly; please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any food allergies.
This workshop will take place at La Cosecha in Union Market (Washington, D.C.) and is hosted in partnership with FRESHFARM, a D.C.-based nonprofit that works to create a more resilient, equitable, and sustainable food future in the Mid-Atlantic region, and connect people to their food through hands-on education, farmers markets, and food distribution programs. We’ll be sourcing ingredients at their flagship Dupont Circle Market from a range of local farmers and makers.
