Pasta Social Club Herb-Laminated Pasta Workshop!


Thursday, May 18 at 6:00pm Eastern | La Cosecha, Washington, DC


Join me for a fun and delicious evening of new friends and my favorite way to welcome springtime: herb-laminated pasta! We'll learn how to make pretty patterns with fresh herbs in our dough and transform the sheets into classic shapes like pappardelle and ravioli. Then we'll cook it all up and enjoy the fruits of our labor! Other snacks, dessert, wine, and more are included.


All dishes will be vegetarian-friendly; please contact if you have any food allergies.


This workshop is hosted in partnership with FRESHFARM, a D.C.-based nonprofit that works to create a more resilient, equitable, and sustainable food future in the Mid-Atlantic. We’ll be sourcing ingredients at FRESHFARM's flagship Dupont Circle Market from a range of local farmers and makers.
