Pasta Social Club x Gotham Greens Workshop & Greenhouse Tour

I'm teaming up with the incredible Gotham Greens for an evening of hands-on pasta-making featuring sustainable, fresh greens grown right on your doorstep! We'll kick things off with a behind-the-scenes tour of Gotham Greens' Gowanus greenhouse, then head to the Gotham Greens HQ to create some herb-laminated and greens-based pastas from scratch. The night will conclude with a family-style meal of everything we've made (yay!).
