Guest hereby acknowledges and agrees to hold harmless The Ground and Pasta Social Club, LLC for all damages to The Ground and its facilities, wares, equipment, and personnel (hereby referred to as “Facility”) resulting from Guest negligence, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, and/or their actions, whether said actions are determined to be direct or indirect, or failure to act. Guest further agrees that Guest shall be solely responsible for all damages to Facility and assumes full responsibility for all claims, demands, liabilities, or legal actions brought by Facility arising out of or related to such damages where such damages are determined to be attributable to the actions or inactions of Guest.
