Pasta Quarantine: Let's Make Hand-Rolled Pasta!
We may be physically distant, but we can still make friends! Tune in to this live video workshop to learn how to make orecchiette ("little ears"), cavatelli, and a range of other equipment-free (and vegan!) pasta shapes. The option for creating a greens-based pasta dough will also be included. A list of ingredients and the video conferencing details will be provided via email, and the class will be recorded so we can make it together or you can apply what you've learned at a later date. Questions and general chatting will be highly encouraged.
Please note that that semolina flour is traditionally used to create these shapes, though not required, and be sure to register with the email address that's connected to your (free) Zoom account or you may be unable to access the conference.
