Pasta Quarantine: Let's Make Gnocchi (Two Ways)!
We may be physically distant, but we can still make friends! Tune in to this live video workshop to learn how to make two styles of my favorite cold-weather dumpling: classic potato gnocchi and creamy ricotta gnocchi.
A list of ingredients and the video conferencing details will be provided in advance via email, and the class will be recorded so we can make it together or you can apply what you've learned at a later date. Questions and general chatting will be highly encouraged.
