Pasta Quarantine: Let's Make Colored Hand-Rolled Pasta!
We may be physically distant, but we can still make friends! Tune in to this live video workshop to learn how to make a range of spinach and/or herb-infused hand-rolled pasta shapes, including orecchiette and cavatelli. A list of ingredients, basic kitchen items, and the video conferencing details will be provided prior, so we can make it together or you can apply what you've learned at a later date. Questions and general chatting will be highly encouraged.
Please note that semolina flour is traditionally used to create these shapes, and be sure to register with the email address that's connected to your (free) Zoom account or you may be unable to access the conference.
