Pasta Quarantine: Hand-Rolled Pasta 2.0!
We may be physically distant, but we can still make friends! Tune in to this live video workshop to learn how to make a range of equipment-free (and vegan!) pastas, with a focus on more advanced shapes like lorighittas, busiate, and trofie. A list of ingredients and the video conferencing details will be provided via email, and the workshop will be recorded so we can make it together or you can apply what you've learned at a later date. Questions and general chatting will be highly encouraged.
Please note that semolina or semola rimacinata flour are traditionally used to create these shapes and will yield best results.
